We pack every bottle with care.
We check quality before shipping.
Returns
You can request a return if:
- The bottle is broken when delivered
- You receive the wrong product
- The product is damaged
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A short explanation
Send details by email or WhatsApp.
Refunds
After we check your request:
- We may send a replacement
OR - We may send a refund
Refunds are sent using the same payment method.
Refund time may take 5–10 working days.
We do not accept returns if:
- The bottle is opened
- The product is used
- The damage is caused after delivery
